Summer at St. David's is back for 2022!

St. David's invites you to join us for our fourth year of Summer at St. David's! Summer at St. David's offers a fun-filled educational experience for children ages 18 months (and independently walking) through 6 years of age (as of June 1st).

The 2022 program will run from June 6-August 5 in eight weekly sessions, Monday-Friday. There will not be a session the week of June 27, as the church will be hosting Vacation Bible School. There will also not be school on Monday, July 4th

There are two enrollment options: Half Day (8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) or Full Day (8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). Each morning begins with chapel, followed by an educational themed lesson, centers, outside play, specials, and snack. Full Day includes lunch, nap/rest time, outside play or centers, and afternoon enrichment.

The theme for the first seven weeks of summer is Project Passport. Students will travel around the globe to all seven continents, beginning with Africa and ending in Antarctica. Each week, students will learn about the different climates, plants, animals, food, and traditions found throughout that continent. Lessons will be taught through activities, crafts, books, and hands-on learning! For added enrichment, we are excited to be providing specials classes this summer, including music, art, and Spanish. We will end the summer with a week of St. David's Greatest Hits! August 1-5, our summer program will provide students with five days packed with our school-year favorites: Reading Day, Parade Day, Snow(cone) Day, Rodeo Day, and Birthday (yes, everyone gets to celebrate their birthday this summer!) It will be a great summer send-off!
