Anne Ivy, Head of School
 
Anne is a career educator of over 20 years with experience teaching kindergarten, first, second, and fifth grades. Her career has spanned several cities in Texas including both private and public schools, most recently at San Antonio Academy and Alamo Heights ISD. She is a graduate of Alamo Heights High School and Texas A&M University. She holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. Anne and her husband, Mike, have two beautiful children. Matthew is a sophomore at Texas A&M and Blake is a senior at Alamo Heights High School. Anne is joyfully and gratefully entering her third year as Head of School at St. David's as early childhood education is her passion.

Mary Ann Randolph, Assistant Head of School

 
Mary Ann joined St. David’s as Assistant Head of School in 2021, previously serving as Director of Admission at St. Luke’s Episcopal School in San Antonio. Once a practicing attorney, Mary Ann fell in love with the joy and importance surrounding the schools her children attended and knew that the world of education administration was for her. She works to create an environment where children thrive as they grow in their love for God, for learning and for their community. She enjoys welcoming families and helping them adjust to their school and oftentimes a new city. Mary Ann graduated with a BBA from Baylor University and a JD from St. Mary’s School of Law. She and her husband, Mark, have four children who have all immensely enjoyed their educations.
